Practices
For the first practise or before a meet when we want to take it easy. We run out to the hospital. For each practise we divide into three groups. The more advanced run about 40 miles a week, the medium type runners run from 30-35 miles a week, and then there are the beginners run from 25-30 miles a week. Then from there our coach decides if we are on varsity or Junior Varsity. No matter which one you run on you will always be able to run in every meet.
