How to sign up for Cross Country?

    It is very easy to sign up. All you have to do is come to the Mauston High School, after school between 3:30 and 3:45.

    What do I need to sign up?

All you need is a physical within the last two years or you need to get one. You need your Athletic Code in before you can participate in any of the meets. If you already had a physical you need to turn in an information card.

Why Sign up?

You could sign up for many reasons. For instance my friend signed up because he wants to get into shape. I signed up because I love to run. There are more reasons to sign up than that. I just told you two of them.
